ClusterSite

A ClusterSite is a web-based network of websites and widgets that connect organizations to one another so they can effectively distribute information, conduct commerce and interact to build a stronger community.

A ClusterSite is comprised of a cluster owner, numerous subsites (run by participating organizations), and the members who engage within a site or across the cluster.

Openhill’s ClusterSite technology includes a website builder allowing invited organizations to instantly create and easily manage hosted websites and widgets, packed with all the latest content management and social networking functionality, including multiple administrators, editable pages, moderated content, ecommerce, email accounts, newsletter management and email blasts.

ClusterSite owners have granular control of who creates subsites, who joins those sites and who posts content.  Each subsite can share content with their own constituents, choose to syndicate that content across the cluster and choose to pull in content from across the cluster.  Meanwhile, cluster administrators can moderate all content and push content out to all website or a subset of websites.
